Seven years? Eight? It was before I ever founded the Bureau-- that attempt was what made me realize that I wasn't going to accomplish my plans alone.

...that's okay. [he seems to understand and lets it go.] ...that makes sense. It's a place to absorb suffering, so it would be based on whatever would make it worse. Which...sort of explains a lot of what we saw anyway.
