...it feels stupid now after everything we've seen, but I do still wonder if there's such a thing as a wish at the end of all of this. And if there was, it would then be a question of what limitations there are.

It's a thought, right? I don't even know if any of us would want anything from this place after everything we've been through, but...even having an option might not be so bad.

I still want a way that I can be with my friends for the rest of my life. Not just the human ones, but the digimon. I don't know if that's a wish or that's a goal though. Maybe both?
So what you need is probably a better connection between your worlds, that's easy enough to traverse to prevent you from being separated for so long... I think that seems like a reasonable goal, to me.
Koushiro could probably figure it out with enough time and resources. We've managed to make gates before, but a lot of the time we get there and get back on accident or when distortions appear. Being able to do it on purpose and being able to be with them is a whole other thing.
