Taichi, if there are patterns to all of this, no one from Spring has killed yet. Not that we know of.

I still wish I knew who was responsible for Sieghart just so we can at least check and make sure they're okay.

[...but he frowns.] Sagihara and I were talking about that Saturday, too. If they're picking killers from all of the dorms, Spring is the only one that hasn't been tapped yet. If the killers that are picked are going backwards, it's likely going to be this week.

Not yet. I was still trying to figure out which ones I wanted to do. Have you decided?

I suppose-- well, starting with 'telling someone your greatest wish' is simple enough.

That does sound pretty easy. [wishes can be different things, so he can agree with that.] Is it different than some of the stuff we've talked about before? What's the wish?

I'm sure we've spoken along similar lines before, just maybe not in as much detail.

I suppose that mine is, largely, to save the world, but-- it's both to do that, and for the people dearest to me to be together again once it's been saved.

[it's a nice wish, he thinks, because he's very much pro-world-saving and people-togetherness. it's why the loneliness gets a bit of confusion from him and he regards her quietly for a second.]

Personally, I'd rather not use one for myself. I've been done with waiting to have my problems fixed for me for-- a while, now.

Of course it's magic. Of course. [OF COURSE. WHY NOT.] But I guess that makes sense. Spells and magic can always be undone, can't they? Versus something you do for yourself.

It's less that it can be undone, and more that... well, I just prefer to rely on my own work and guidance.

...if I had one here, I might not reject it entirely, but I would be much more likely to just use it for someone else's sake.

It's a thought, right? I don't even know if any of us would want anything from this place after everything we've been through, but...even having an option might not be so bad.

...I dunno. Graduate from high school's pretty much at the top of my list. [it's a joke, but also that sure was questionable for a while. sometimes things happen and you're not sure you'll ever get that chance.]

I still want a way that I can be with my friends for the rest of my life. Not just the human ones, but the digimon. I don't know if that's a wish or that's a goal though. Maybe both?

I think it can be both.

The digimon must be-- from your other world, right?

Yeah. They live in the digital world most of the time, so if we can't get there and they can't get to us sometimes we won't see them for years.
